Treeless western saddle with an anatomical shape that provides good wither clearance. Made of thick, pliable Nubuck leather with off-white fleece underside. Decorated with concha´s, feathers and leather straps, providing a deep seat, 5 D-rings for saddle bags, breastplate/crupper and western rigging with a special anatomical cut. The leather covered pommel arch with horn is made of fibreglass and can be exchanged for an extra wide pommel arch; this saddle comes standard with a wide size pommel arch. The Arizona saddle has a high cantle made of a semi-elastic material, which is anatomically shaped, to horse and rider. This enhances the horse´s freedom of motion and encourages engagement of the hindquarters and vertical flexion of the back. NEW! As of now each Barefoot saddle has a thick, moulded, pressure absorbing panel on either side of the horse´s spine. These panels create a gullet to guarantee improved spinal clearance. They are also anatomically shaped to the rider´s thighs. Weight without fenders approximately 6.5kg, available in brown & black. We recommend this saddle especially for thoroughbreds but also any narrow built horses, those with a short back, swaybacks and prominent withers - but now comes with a wider insert as standard.
