Anja is not a western rider. She is a classical rider who rides in an exceptionally kind, considerate and knowledgeable way. She has worked with Gerhard Heuschmann to design a training programme which gymnastically builds the horse without forcing it with side reins, tight nosebands or harsh bits. She is very successful in training this way. She has written a beautiful book and produced a lovely DVD. These are available from www.enlightenedequitation.com and from www.amazon.co.uk
